The Game Tutorial is an introduction to The Game. It appears to have been written before The Ending as it wasn't modified to support Groups[1].
One part of the Tutorial is where a player chooses an Alignment. The player is unable to use Specials, as the player does not yet have an Esone.
Kleya, Jane, and their group only went through the Alignment section of the Tutorial. This part starts in the Chaos Mists, where a player's actions already begin determining what alignment they have.
In the tutorial, there is a village that has a woman who needs saving. If the player saves her, help will be given[2].
